Identifying our own mistakes and roasting our co-workers is an important part of learning here at UBX.

A reindeer is defined as a rookie mistake or oversight that is akin to reindeer with its big antlers destroying fragile items in a China store.

These activities are documented and rated on a point system by our reindeer referee Reynaldo Martinez. The more egregious the mistake the more reindeer points are issued.

As a result we have established the reindeership awards. Every year the engineer with the highest amount of points is awarded.
